Polona works as an International Neuro Linguistic Programming Trainer (certified by it’s co-developer John Grinder, Carmen Bostic St Clair and Michael Carol), a Mindfulness Trainer and also as a Transformational Coach.
She started her career in her twenties as a district court judicial trainee and later as a lawyer, representing companies in front of courts and other authorities.
Her broad experiences that she gathered whilst working in the public as well as in the private sector enabled her to detect the lack of effective and efficient thinking, emotional and behavioural patterns in leaders despite vast offer of leadership courses on the market.
She noticed that most of the leadership courses on the market train leaders on the level of their logical or rational mind and do not focus on other areas that are crucial for leaders – their emotional intelligence and sense of powerful presence that can only be brought to life once the person connects with the deep aspects of themselves.
Since she withdrew her legal career and followed her true passion – personal and professional development, she has decided to establish Emerald Leadership Academy together with her business partner SveinKaurin and is now offering the product that she was missing for all those years.
A programme that builds leaders who lead by example – who lead by heart. Leaders that people follow not because they have to but because they want to – leaders that honour and reflect the highest values: integrity, congruency and authenticity.
